I accept that I have read and understood the Privacy Notice presented to me by the Silivri Ultra Trail Organising Committee and that I have been informed in detail about the rights set out in it. Accordingly, I consent to:
- the processing of my identity, contact, health, blood group and licence data required for my participation, safety and sporting classification within the organisation's processes, and its transfer to the relevant partners (medical and timing teams),
- Photograph and video consent: the free use, without any fee or claim, of any photograph, video, drone footage and interview taken of me before the race, during the race (on the course and at the stations) and in the finish area including the award ceremonies, by the Silivri Ultra Trail organisation and its official sponsors in any future advertising, launch, poster, website image and social media post,
- the public announcement of the race results (with my name, surname, course, age category and placing) on the official website and on digital channels,
